Manual Handling Long Span Shelving System for Light to Medium Duty Storage

Our fully adjustable large-span racking system is designed to store light to medium loads. The construction is similar to pallet racking - it consists of a frame, beams, and inserts made of powder-coated steel or wooden shelving. The uprights are perforated at 50 mm intervals, which allows for bolted beams. Tapered hooks ensure a stable and rigid design, even without back support.

Applications of Long span Shelving

• Standard - single or double-sided operation, 100% access to all goods.

• Carton flow - equipped with a "dynamic" roller bed mounted on a beam that carries the cartons and "flows" to the front of the chassis.

• Mobile - mounted on a mobile "trolley" that can move the entire stroke. It allows for very dense storage and 100% accessibility, but runs very slowly and has a limited design.

• Tyre storage - large spans can be specially adapted to round beams to allow tire storage.

• Hanging clothes - tubular beams can be used to store clothes hanging over a wide area.

• Multi-level - Modified configurations, including 'floor beams', allow access to be added between shelves to create multiple levels.

Combined with accessories, we can provide you with a complete storage solution. The frame is braced and bolted for added strength and reliability. To further enhance the security of your property and colleagues, steel locks are used to prevent accidental lifting or moving of the beam.
